Terms of Service

Weather Policy:


Your safety comes first! If the weather is bad, please call or text me so we can easily reschedule your appointment. I don’t want anyone risking travel in unsafe conditions.

​

Health Policy:


If you’re feeling under the weather or have been around anyone who’s sick, please call or text to reschedule. I truly appreciate your consideration in helping keep everyone (including me!) healthy..

 

Accepted Payments:


I happily accept credit and debit cards, as well as cash.

Checks (Loyal Guests Only):
If you’re currently approved to pay by check, that will remain the same unless I notify you otherwise.

New Guests:


At this time, new guests may pay by cash or card only. Thank you for understanding!

Cancellation/No show policy: 

​

I completely understand—life happens and plans can change!

If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice so I can offer that time to another guest and keep the schedule running smoothly.

Less than 48 hours’ notice: A $25 rebooking fee will be added to your next appointment.

​

No-shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, you may lose the ability to book future appointments. A quick call or text is all it takes—I truly appreciate your courtesy!

Late Arrivals:​

​

Please understand that if you’re more than 5 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a $25 rebooking fee will apply.

​

I value everyone’s time, and running late affects guests scheduled after you. To stay on track and respect those who arrive on time, I’m unable to extend appointments for late arrivals.

​

Adjustment Policy:

​

Your satisfaction means everything to me! If you’re not completely happy with your service, please contact Renee’ Kortz within 7 days of your appointment.

​

Complimentary adjustments are offered when:

​

  1. You’re using Jack Winn Pro products — I can’t guarantee results when other products are used.

  2. The adjustment aligns with the original look and plan we discussed during your consultation.

Sat: Usually the 2nd Saturday of the month, there is a 20% added charge for all Saturday appointments
