Weather Policy:
Your safety comes first! If the weather is bad, please call or text me so we can easily reschedule your appointment. I don’t want anyone risking travel in unsafe conditions.

Health Policy:
If you’re feeling under the weather or have been around anyone who’s sick, please call or text to reschedule. I truly appreciate your consideration in helping keep everyone (including me!) healthy..

Accepted Payments:
I happily accept credit and debit cards, as well as cash, no checks.

Cancellation/No show policy:

I completely understand—life happens and plans can change!

If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice so I can offer that time to another guest and keep the schedule running smoothly.

Less than 48 hours’ notice: A $25 rebooking fee will be added to your next appointment.

No-shows:

If you miss your appointment without notice, you may lose the ability to book future appointments. A quick call or text is all it takes—I truly appreciate your courtesy!

Late Arrivals:

Please understand that if you’re more than 5 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a $25 rebooking fee will apply.

I value everyone’s time, and running late affects guests scheduled after you. To stay on track and respect those who arrive on time, I’m unable to extend appointments for late arrivals.

Adjustment Policy:

Your satisfaction means everything to me! If you’re not completely happy with your service, please contact Renee’ Kortz within 7 days of your appointment.

Complimentary adjustments are offered when:

You’re using Jack Winn Pro products — I can’t guarantee results when other products are used.
The adjustment aligns with the original look and plan we discussed during your consultation.
