My goal is to keep your experience calm, organized, and respectful of everyone’s time—including yours.
Here are a few simple guidelines that help everything run smoothly.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
I completely understand that life happens and schedules can change.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows me to offer that appointment time to another guest.
If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, a $25 rebooking fee will be added to your next appointment.
Weather Policy
Your safety always comes first.
If the weather is unsafe or travel feels risky, please call or text me as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment without stress or worry.
Health Policy
If you’re feeling unwell or have recently been around someone who is sick, I kindly ask that you reach out to reschedule.
This helps keep the salon environment safe and comfortable for everyone, including you and me.

Accepted Payments
For your convenience, I accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
(I do not accept personal checks.)
Missed Appointments (No-Shows)
If an appointment is missed without any notice, it may limit future booking availability.
A quick call or text is always appreciated and helps keep the schedule running smoothly for everyone.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a $25 rebooking fee will apply.
Because each appointment is carefully scheduled, I’m unable to extend appointment times for late arrivals. This helps ensure that every guest receives the full attention and experience they deserve.

Adjustment Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to me.
If you have any concerns about your hair, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment so we can talk through it together.
